ADP Employee Self Service Is Here!

We're pleased to offer an exciting service to any employee who is receiving a paycheck from Pearson.  In addition to viewing your pay statements and W-2's, you are now able to initiate or update your direct deposit information and Federal and State tax withholdings through ADP Employee Self Service.

You have instant access to ADP Self Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online.

Through the ADP Employee Self Service web site, you can:

1. View all of your Pearson pay statements (they will be available online for 36 months)

2. View the images of your Pearson W-2s

3. Save and even print your pay statements and W-2s

4. Add or update your Direct Deposit information *NEW*

5. Add or update your W-4 Federal and State tax withholdings *NEW*

ADP Employee Self Service is a secure web site that uses SSL technology to encrypt your personal information.  You can access ADP Employee Self Service anytime or anywhere using an Internet connection.

Updated paycheck information will be available at approximately 7:00 a.m. Central Time on each pay date.

As part of Pearson's Green Initiative, paper pay statements will no longer be mailed, nor will HR process Direct Deposit or W-4 forms.  Not only does this help the environment, it will provide you additional peace of mind that your statement won't get lost or stolen with your personal information on it AND allow you to instantly change your Direct Deposit and W-4 information.
