2008 W-2’s are now available on iPay and hard copies will be mailed by January 31, 2009 to your address on file as of December 18, 2009. 

If you submitted a change of address after December 18, 2009, please ensure that you have submitted a change of address with your post office so that they may forward your W-2. 

W-2’s will be mailed from our corporate Payroll office in Bloomington, Minnesota.  If your   W-2 is returned to Corporate Payroll as undeliverable, they will check to see if you have a new address on file.  If you do, they will re-mail the returned W-2 to your new address.

Anyone who has worked for Pearson and received at least one check can register with iPay and access their W-2 electronically (click here to link to iPay instructions).  Accessing your W-2 via iPay is fast, easy, and secure, and you can even print copies for tax filing purposes.   W-2 information should be available on iPay the last week in January.

If you wish to request a duplicate W-2 and do not want to use iPay, you must complete the Duplicate W-2 Request form (click here for a printable version of the form).  The form must be taken to a notary, signed in front of the notary, and then mailed to our Corporate Payroll office.  The mailing address for the notarized duplicate request is provided on the form.

Payroll will not accept the Duplicate Request form via email or fax.  Payroll will also not fax the requested duplicate W-2's to anyone/anywhere.  The duplicates will be mailed via USPS to your home address (no alternative addresses).
