• Too often, pay statements are returned due to incorrect addresses (please be sure to update your information with HR if you've moved) or simply get lost in the mail.  Lost statements or lost W-2s may put your personal information at risk.
• The cost of printing and mailing pay statements continues to escalate.  This expense can be better managed and a significant savings realized by using the online tool.  It is available at your convenience and is even ready one day prior to pay date to review.
• You will have ready access to all of your pay statements and W-2s for the past 3 years of employment at Pearson.
